►phantom of the opera...

on the 1st of may...

becca, ziwan and I happily went to citylink....we had dinner together at Ramen something....and the food was pretty good...=p and after dinner, we headed towards Esplanade for our long awaited 'Phantom of the opera'...

and as excited as we were, we gave our tickets to the person checking it and went ahead to our seats...up we go and there we squeezed to our seats. To our surprise, there were people seating at our seats....we were 'stunned'. and we looked at our tickets again....finding that there was nothing wrong with the seat number. and just as ziwan was asking the people if they were sitting at the wrong seats, becky shook me....pointing the date toooo meee.....

'2nd may'

oh no....i was like 'HOW?' and at the same time...the lady sitting at our seats told ziwan 'oh its 2nd of may'...hahah can u imgaine how embarassed we were at that point of time!!? we were stucked in the middle of nowhere!!we wished we could drill a hole and hide inside! hahaz, headed out the super squeezy lane where ppl had to stand up from their seats so we can go out. we were feeling super embarassed. and out we go to the nice lady at the reception who brought us to the viewing room that was meant for latecomers...AND GUESS WHAT. the viewing room provided a much better view than if we were sitting at our original seats 3 storeys high up. It was a BLessing in disguise. we had the viewing room all to ourselves and for that night, we seriously felt like VIPs.hahhaa it was a direct view, no blockages of the view of the stage and yes. the room was marvellous. hahaha...

and the show of cuz, was good. 'the effects are really good', like what ziwan said...i enjoyed myself and i'm sure ziwan and becky did too! i'm so tired and i really cut short the whole entry. All in all, it was a FUN-loving and enjoyable night. right, ziwan? right, becky?
