►Yesterday and today

Yay. yesterday was a free day for me, so I decided to do some things that I usually don't.

1. I wanted to donate blood so I visited the blood centre at outram.. However, I was once again rejected because I just came back from batam. The fourth failed attempt. But the following makes up for the travelling there!

2. I went to visit the bored Shan at work and send her tea...! So fun!

3. I visited my grandma who was shocked to see me! I bought kuey for her. Since I do not know what she likes, I bought one of each kind of kuey that is there..soon kuey, rice kuey, ang ku kuey, mi jian kuey etc etc. My auntie, who was at grandma's house too, went like 'wah, really a lot of kuey'...And I was so lucky cuz my grandma was cooking chicken rice and I got to eat them! and my uncle got me a holiday lobang where I can earn some money for my TRIPS! WEeeeeEE~~But the thing that made me feel the best was that my grandma was pleased with my surprise visit.


AND TODAY is once again a free day for me. WEEE~ and I got myself something which I usually don't.

I want to learn how to play the piano! Since hiring a teacher is expensive and my tight schedule when school reopens doesn't allow for that, I'm getting myself a learn-it-yourself book. So far, I can understand what is in there and I'm coping well. Hope my money spent on this book doesnt go to waste!

While loitering around JP, I chanced upon a similar pair of shades on display. When I went in to ask if the shades were for sale, the salesperson smiled at me and said, 'No.' HOW SAD!! I want that pair of shades!! It is similar to my first pair of shades that have decided to abandon me and stay in Bintan when I brought it there. I really liked it. When I went back to where I bought it, they no longer have that design anymore. And when I found a similar design, it's not for sale. How fated.

And K-ing is fun. All thanks to K-box at Jurong safra and weiliang's friend who's working there. K-ing is becoming a 'thing-to-do-when-nothing-else-is-on-our-mind-when-we-are-in-JP'.

WELL, I am really enjoying my holidays and trying to make the best out of it. WEeeeE~!
